MMIC Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is dedicated to the research, development, and sales of high-performance, high-quality analog integrated circuits. The company's products span three key domains: RF technologies, signal chain solutions, and high-thermal-conductivity composite materials, with the following specifics:


RF Products

Frequency  ranges from UHF to Ku-band, producting low-

noise amplifiers, :power amplifier devices and modules, 

and SIP modules to support communication and high-

frequency applications.

Analog and Mixed-Signal Products

Include ADCs, DACs, DDS, operational amplifiers, LDOs, 

DC/DC modules, and PMICs, facilitating high-speed or 

high-precision signal acquisition and processing.

High-Thermal-Conductivity Composite Materials

Such as diamond-copper and diamond-aluminum materials, 

which exhibit ultra-high thermal conductivity and thermal 

expansion coefficients matching semiconductor chips. These

materials are ideal for high-power device packaging carriers 

and high-power module metal enclosures.

They are widely used in radar systems, satellite communications, UAV video transmission, and UAV countermeasure systems.

The company has established departments including R&D, Production, Process Engineering, Reliability Testing, and Marketing. Equipped with advanced microassembly and post-packaging electronic integration platforms, we provide high-density packaged module design and manufacturing services. Currently, we collaborate with Zhejiang University, Beihang University, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and Yangzhou University through joint industry-academia R&D centers, continuously enhancing our R&D and production capabilities.
